First Friday Adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament

All-day First Friday Adoration of the Most  Blessed Sacrament follows our morning  Mass in the church.  Benediction will be at 4:00pm  

Everyone is warmly welcomed to spend time with our Lord in private prayer. 

In adoration, Catholics  give praise and worship to God who is in the Holy Eucharist. They can sit, kneel, reflect, talk, and listen to God before the Blessed Sacrament throughout their time in adoration.

***We always need volunteers who want to commit to a  specific hour so that someone is always with our Blessed Sacrament while it is Exposed. Please email Eva at: edesousa@shsdelta.org to add your name to the list.

Do you feel burdened by the cares, worries and stresses of life? Jesus tells us he has a peace to offer that the world cannot give. Adoration is prayer before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. It is a time to be with Jesus face to face. Take time each week for Adoration and you will be amazed at the peace it brings to your life.
