FORMED - Faith on Demand

Here’s how to sign up on the parish’s FORMED account:
1. On your browser, go to formed.org. Click on “SIGN UP”.
2. Click on “Sign up as a parishioner”. DO NOT sign up to “Get an individual subscription”.
3. In the box under “Find your Parish or Organization”, type in either the parish postal code “V4K” or “Sacred Heart Parish Delta”.
4. Our parish name will appear as a selection to choose from. There are more than 1 “Sacred Heart Parish” parishes listed. Make sure you select the one with our parish office address.
5. Then click on “Next”
6. Enter your full name and your email address in the spaces provided.
7. Click on “Sign Up” and you're in!!!
