Celebrating a Successful Open Gym at Sacred Heart Parish and School!
Sunday, November 19th, Sacred Heart Youth Ministry hosted a fantastic Open Gym event that brought together our youth in a day full of fun, connection, and community spirit. Following a beautiful and meaningful Mass led by Fr. Francis for the Communion Enrolment, the young people gathered to enjoy games, laughter, and friendly competition in the gym.
It was a joyful time, as the youth not only had a blast playing together but also forged new friendships and deepened their sense of belonging to our Sacred Heart family. The energy was high, the smiles were wide, and the bonds formed were truly special.
At the end of our event, the Youth were given a special gift as shared during the classroom visits. They received a personal encouragement of prayer from SHP Youth Group, a prayer book called “November ~ The Month of Holy Souls: 30 days of prayer”.
A huge thank you to all parish and school staff, and to all who supported, participated, and helped organize this wonderful event. We look forward to more opportunities to come together and continue building a vibrant and supportive community!
