The Safe Environment Program is mandated by the Archdiocese of Vancouver. The program prioritizes the care and wellbeing of the vulnerable in our Parish community by ensuring that all adults, including clergy, religious, employees, and volunteers, treat each minor and vulnerable adult with respect and care. The Safe Environment program works with parishes and other Catholic groups, providing training, materials, and other necessary support. Safe environment training is required in certain ministry contexts but highly encouraged for all active Parish volunteers.
